Originally Opened in 1985, by Owners Annrita and Gary Chappell, Chappell’s Coral Grill proudly presents seafood and steak cuisine with a contemporary twist.
Chappell’s Coral Grills have changed forms over the past years, with a recent changing of the guard, Bryan Adams takes over as executive manager. Bryan started out with Chappells in 1989 as a Bus Boy in High School.
The Chappells recognized that Bryan was a hard worker and sent him to Culinary School to become a chef. Bryan is not only the Head Chef now, but also the manager of Chappells. Together they are making some great food and entertaining the people of Fort Wayne at the same time. Stop in and say Hello.
We realized that Fort Wayne lacked this seafood bistro-style feel where people could relax and have a great experience, so we created one on the Southwest side.
Chappell’s began as a dream and is now a reality. We will continue to serve as a vehicle—a place where people can dine, enjoy, and relish the joy of life.
